Albergo Terme Italia is located on the seafront in Casamicciola. If arriving on the island for the first time you can sail to either Ischia Porto or Casamicciola port which is slightly closer. From Casamicciola port you need to cross the road and take a 1, 2 or CD bus for a couple of stops until you reach a bend in the road with the Hotel La Madonnina on the corner with Albergo Terme Italia across the road from there.
