With its position in the Gulf of Naples, Ischia is surrounded by some of the most beautiful coastline and islands in the world as well as some of the most historic. All of the places listed here are easily accessible from Ischia by boat.

Of the places that can be considered close to Ischia one of the most popular destinations is the island of Capri which can be reached by hydrofoil from Ischia Porto in around an hour. 

It's also possible to sail across to Sorrento, either for a day trip or as the next stage of your holiday.
