BUSES AND TRAMS IN NAPLES
Latest page update: 5 February 2025
Being one of the most important travel hubs in Southern Italy, the public transport infrastructure in Naples is well-equipped.
The buses and trams in Naples are a useful way of making your way around the city, even if they're slightly disregarded in favour of the underground Metro system which is relatively new. Of interest to anyone visiting Ischia is the tram system which has a stop right outside Naples Beverello port; the port where you arrive from or leave to cross to Ischia. It's connected to Napoli Stazione Centrale, the main train station of Naples. The buses can be found all over the city but can sometimes be overcrowded. |
