ANDAR PER CANTINE: 25th May - 2nd June 2020
The 2020 "Andar Per Cantine" event takes place from Monday 25th May to Tuesday 2nd June 2020 and provides the perfect way for people to learn about and enjoy Ischia's wine culture and traditions.
Every year, the association Pro Loco Panza in collaboration with a group of both large and small wine producers on the island, launch "Andar per Cantine" (something like "Hanging out at the cellars"), an interesting way of getting to know the heart of the wine tradition in Ischia. The calendar displays a series of events and visits to the original and ancient cellars of Ischia, with some wine and local food tasting.
To participate in the event you need to register by contacting the Pro Loco by phone at 0039 081 90 84 36 or visiting their office in the main square of the village of Panza. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will arrange this for you.
Some tours include a guide and a shuttle bus service from Panza to the cellar. Tickets can be paid for on the day.
