BEACHES  IN  LACCO  AMENO

There are three main beaches in Lacco Ameno which are all within a short walk of the town centre. 

San Montano Beach is one of the most famous beaches on the island and arguably the best. It's laid-out with a headland on each side which makes it nice and enclosed, especially on a day when there's any wind. It also benefits from its close proximity to Negombo Thermal Gardens; one of Ischia's best thermal parks. 

​Occupying the coastline of the central town area of Lacco Ameno is Il Fungo Beach which is named after the iconic mushroom-shaped rock just in front of it.

San Montano Beach sits in a delightful bay and is enclosed on both sides. It's also right next to Negombo Thermal Gardens.
