Lacco Ameno's ​San Montano Beach is one of the prettiest beaches in Ischia. Situated close to the town centre, the beach is reached by a winding driveway, flanked on each side by trees and flowers.

The beach is split in to two parts, one part is free and the other is owned by Negombo Thermal Gardens which is one if the island's best thermal parks.

When you arrive at the beach you are met with the wonderful vista of San Montano bay with the beach enclosed on both sides by tree-lined hills, a truly magnificent sight. Apart from the aesthetics of that, it's also very useful on any windy days.
