BEACHES OF ISCHIA
Latest update: 22 January 2024
The beaches of Ischia represent the island's most obvious attraction, especially during the summer months.
There are around 20 different beaches around the island's coastline and most of them have lovely soft sand, plenty of snack bars or restaurants for refreshment and lovely, shallow waters. Although the quiet commune of Barano is one of the smallest towns on the island, it has arguably the best beach. With its dazzling turquoise waters, Maronti Beach is a huge draw for visitors to the island and is something of a village in its own right with dozens of accommodation and dining options around it. |
