Casa Antonio offers rooms on a bed and breakfast basis from its location just behind Maronti Beach in Barano. The main building consists of two floors with rooms available on each floor. The lower floor rooms come with access to the large terrace and garden while those on the upper floors come with balconies and sea views. Every room comes with its own private bathroom with either a bath tub or a shower and hair dryers are provided as standard. A fridge, ceiling fan and desk can also be found in the rooms.
There are a number of dining areas available including the main indoor dining room where a typical Italian breakfast is served each morning while within the large garden and terrace area there are plenty of places either out in the sunshine or in the shade from where the stunning vistas across to Sant'Angelo and Capri can be enjoyed.
Apart from having the island's largest beach within a five minute walk, there are also dozens of restaurants and bars to choose from as well as some interesting walking routes. Access to the island's other main attractions is made easy with Maronti's bus terminal while it's also possible to hop across to Sant'Angelo via a water taxi.

To reach Casa Antonio it's best to sail from Naples to Ischia Porto and then take a bus. From the port you can take the number 5 bus which takes 25 minutes. When you reach the main bus stop by Maronti Beach it's time to get off. When you step off the bus, look out to sea and ahead of you there are some steps that lead down towards the beach. Walk down the steps and then turn immediately right as soon as you get to the bottom. Walk up the hill, under the bridge and then turn right when you reach a large villa. This right hand path passes the car park of the Hotel San Giorgio Terme and continues to wind its way up the hill for a further five minutes before you eventually reach the entrance to Casa Antonio on your left. Although the steps are not steep, they are quite numerous and you may find yourself puffing a bit by the time you get there (well, I was!).
