CHIESA DI SAN CARLO
The Chiesa di San Carlo al Cierco is a charming little church, almost hidden from view in some of the tiny alleyways behind Forio town centre. Built in 1620, its interior is rich with pieces created by local artists including Cesare Calise.
The best way to find the church is from the larger, Chiesa di San Vito which is also in Forio. From just outside San Vito there are signs on the right hand side of the road that direct you along the twisting alleys to Chiesa di San Carlo.
