CHIESA  DI  SAN  FRANCESCO  SAVERIO

The Chiesa di San Francesco Saverio is located on the main road between Forio and the village of Panza. The pretty exterior of the church is made from Ischia's green tufa volcanic rock, but is mostly painted in white. The charming facade is completed by a bell tower which is in regular use, chiming its unique tune hourly.
