Situated just across from the ferry & hydrofoil arrival port in Casamicciola, the Hotel Cristallo Palace can be reached very simply on foot. From the main jetty, cross the road towards the statue and the town centre before taking the road in the right hand corner. This road climbs a hill and bends to the left but to reach the Cristallo Palace you need to turn right at the top before seeing the hotel entrance come into view.
