This wonderful villa in the wine growing region of Panza offers the highest possible level of peace and tranquility, starting with the long private driveway that leads up to the front gates and continuing with the magnificent panoramas of sea and countryside that can be enjoyed from the rooftop terrace.
Upon entry into the home you immediately feel a sense of space with the large car park that occupies one corner and the large garden that surrounds the whole property. The main hub of the home is the delightful conservatory area which is full of light and warmth and provides just one of many dining areas within the villa. The conservatory is flanked on one side by the main kitchen which is fully equipped with everything required to make cookery a pleasure rather than a chore. The kitchen has its own dining table and the first double bedroom leading off to one side. On the other side of the kitchen is a large storage space which can be used as a utility area.
Across on the other side of the central conservatory you enter into a large dining room with armchairs, sofas and a dining table with the entrances to two more of the double bedrooms. There's also a door to a second kitchen with its own utility space leading from the lounge which gets flooded with light from both ends, each with their own patio doors leading out on to the conservatory on one side and the garden on the other. Each of the bedrooms on the ground floor also have their own patio doors leading out on to the garden, as well as their own private bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite.
Moving up the stylish staircase you find a corridor which leads off to the final two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with one double bed and two bunk beds while the other comes with a double bed and a small sofa. Both of these two upstairs rooms enjoy their own patio door entrances on to the large outside balcony which looks down on the garden. The first floor of the house is completed by a large bathroom with a shower and it's also from this floor that another door leads out on to the outside staircase to the rooftop terrace. The terrace is the perfect place for lapping up the sunshine and enjoys views across to the neighbouring vineyards and the sea in the distance.
The garden comes with a children-friendly swimming pool and a private bathroom with a shower. A separate storage area houses a ping-pong table which can be used by guests whenever they want and the large lawn areas are also ideal for playing bat and ball games or simply to enjoy al fresco dining and barbecues.
Close to the villa is in the quaint village of Panza which is just a 5 minute walk away and from there you can walk down to the famous Sorgeto Hot Springs which is a further ten minutes away. Guests with a car can reach Sant'Angelo within 5-10 minutes while Forio's Poseidon Thermal Gardens and Citara Beach are just 5 minutes drive in the other direction.
