Located close to the village of Panza and within walking distance of the famous Sorgeto Hot Springs, the villa is ideally positioned to take advantage of the area's wonderful scenery and walking trails.
The villa itself is split into two buildings, the larger of which is made up of three double bedrooms (each with a double bed), two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area large enough for every guest to relax in or have dinner at the dining table. The villa is surrounded by its own terrace, the front part of which looks out on to the sea and has a separate dining table which seats up to 8 people while the outside barbecue offers another alternative to the well-equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher. The annexe building comes with one double bedroom (with double bed) and an en-suite bathroom.
The property has a large driveway with plenty of parking space and an electric gate that provides an extra layer of privacy.
