This beautifully proportioned four bedroom home is located in the Via Borbonica region of Forio, a private and peaceful residential area that links Forio to the neighbouring town of Lacco Ameno. The closest beach is around a 15-20 minute walk while Forio town centre with its bars, cafes, restaurants and shops is a similar distance.
The house itself is elegantly furnished and stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. The polished ceramic floors give the villa a touch of sparkle while also keeping it cool during the hot summer months and the brightly painted walls adorned with tastefully coloured pictures help to create a fresh, positive feeling.
There are four bedrooms in total, three of which are doubles and the other a single. The two double bedrooms on the first floor both come with balconies that look out on to the sea while the whole house is surrounded by its own carefully manicured garden with plenty of space for sun-bathing as well as parking a number of cars if required.
