Ciao Ischia!
The fine spell of weather has continued today with another beautiful spring-like day on the island. After the briefest of showers this morning we've had almost unbroken spells of sunshine meaning we've seen fewer hats, scarves and jackets and more t-shirts and sunglasses. Looking ahead to tomorrow we might be in for some strong winds so if you're planning a visit be sure to check your ferry or hydrofoil crossing with whichever of the four main carriers (SNAV, Alilauro, Caremar and Medmar) you plan to travel with. When the wind gets above 25mph the hydrofoil crossings are at risk of cancellation but you should find ferries running in all but the very worst of conditions.
