Hotel Casa Sofia is set in the pedestrianized area of Sant’Angelo, just a short walk from the beach, the fumaroles and Cava Scura thermal spa. The centre of Sant’Angelo is reachable on foot in 10 minutes and there are a number of bars and restaurants to choose from within a similar distance. This is a particularly peaceful area, allowing visitors to completely switch off and enjoy nature and the seaside with a number of scenic walking routes of varying difficulty and length close by.

The villa itself is decorated with bright and colourful majolica tiles, classic wooden furniture and precious pieces of art. The rooms are equipped with a fan, private terrace and en suite bathrooms with shower and hair dryer provided.

A typical Italian breakfast is served every morning on the panoramic terrace with a stunning views down to Maronti Beach, Sant’Angelo and the neighbouring island of Capri in the distance.

To reach Hotel Casa Sofia the closest sea port is Forio. From there you have a choice of either the 1 or the CS bus with a journey time of less than 20 minutes. When the bus reaches the bus stop before the pedestrianized area of Sant'Angelo, you need to get off and walk down the hill to the village. After crossing the bridge at the top of the village you'll see some golf buggies and if you're carrying heavy luggage these are the best way to take the last leg of the journey. The buggies cost €5 per person and will carry you up and over the village along a scenic path that leads to the Hotel Casa Sofia's entrance and reception area.
