Hotel Terme Tusculum is a three star thermal hotel located in upper Casamicciola, around a 5 - 10 minute drive away from the town centre and the port. The nearest beach is Marina Beach which is 10 minutes by car while Castiglione Thermal Park is around the same distance. A bus stop is situated less than 5 minutes walk away from the hotel and provides access to all of the island's major destinations.

The centrepiece of the hotel is undoubtedly the attractive, outdoor thermal water swimming pool which lies in front of the imposing Mount Epomeo, the tallest mountain on the island. The pool has a waterfall feature and is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols for guests to use while sunbathing. A second, indoor pool which is located in a conservatory is also available for guest's use.
The hotel also has a garden area with seats and tables as well as its own on-site restaurant which specialises in Ischian and Italian cuisine.

The closest port to Hotel Terme Tusculum is Casamicciola. From there turn left on to the main road with the sea to your left. When you reach a roundabout with an anchor to its side, turn right, passing the Hotel Elma Park Terme on your left before reaching a T-junction. Turn right there which takes you into Piazza Bagni where you will pass the Terme Manzi Hotel & Spa on your left before the road bears first to the right and then to the left again before arriving at another T-junction where you will be faced by the Hotel & Residence Matarese. Turn left here and then take the sharp hairpin right up the hill followed by the first left so that you're climbing the hill with the large church to your left. You then have three options of roads to take at a place where there are lots of different hotel signs. Go straight on here, passing the Hotel Coralba and follow this road all the way until you reach a T-junction where Hotel Terme La Pergola will be in front of you. Turn left here and after a short distance you'll see the entrance to Hotel Terme Tusculum on your right.
