Meals can be taken in the hotel's very own restaurant where they specialise in local cuisine, using fresh ingredients and presenting their dishes in a colourful and enticing way. There are some excellent fresh fish recipes to choose from and an extensive wine list which includes many of the wines grown in Ischia itself.

The closest sea port to Hotel Villa Sirena is Casamicciola. From there it's a 10 minute drive or taxi ride to the hotel. With the port behind you, turn left on to the main road and when you get to the first roundabout (there's an anchor by its side), turn right. Along this road you'll pass the Elma Park Terme Centro Benessere before reaching a T-junction at which point you need to turn right. This takes you into Piazza Bagni where you will pass the Terme Manzi Hotel & Spa on the left. At this point the road starts to twist and turn up and around a hill before arriving at another T-junction where the Hotel & Residence Matarese will be directly in front of you. Turn left here and then take the immediate hairpin right before again turning left and climbing the hill, passing the large church on the left. At the next junction go straight ahead so that you pass the Hotel Coralba on the left. After this the road bears left and narrows slightly, you will shortly see the Hotel Residence Villa Teresa on the right before the road starts to descend a hill. The entrance to Hotel Villa Sirena is half way down this hill, directly opposite Hotel Pensione Monti.
