As Hotel Vittorio Beach Resort is right on Maronti beach, it's not possible to get closer than 600 metres away by car or bus before having to walk the final section across a board walk along the beach. The hotel provides a free luggage transfer service so you don't have to walk this section while fully laden.
By road from Ischia Porto, head east along the main SS270 for 10-15 minutes before reaching a left hand turn signposted for Testaccio and Maronti. Follow this road as it twists and turns all the way to Maronti beach where you have a choice of car parks. The buses also stop in the same area as the car and it is from this point that you need to walk the final section.
The number 5 bus from Ischia Porto is the one that takes you to Maronti.
