The main bus station on the island is located in Ischia Porto. From there you can take a bus to most of the main destinations on the island. If arriving by hydrofoil in Ischia Porto, turn left after you leave the jetty and then follow the road up and around to the right. At the top of this little hill you'll see the bus station to your right on the other side of the road.
