Ischia Review offers you the chance to try out a unique experience by eating in a real home on the island. We work with various families who are keen to welcome new friends to their homes so that they can try out the genuine home-cooking of Ischia and to sample life on the island for the people that live here.
We have a number of different houses where you can eat with a wide range of dishes available. You also have the choice of dining with a family or by yourselves in their home.
The houses are genuine homes where people live and we've got some fantastic places to choose from. Many of the homes have fantastic views or offer theme nights such as "Ischia Yesterday" where you take a step back in time as the house is decorated in the style of a peasant-home from old times.
The Home-Dining evenings offer you the chance to try some delicious home-cooked food where you are eating as part of the family or on your own in a couple or a group. As every Italian and especially Ischitan is proud of their homes and their cooking, you are treated like royalty with fantastic food, the best possible service and the chance to make some new and long-lasting friendships.
We can even arrange private transfers from your hotel or accommodation in Ischia to the homes so you don't have to worry about directions or getting lost.
The families we work with speak various languages including English, German and Russian in some cases so you'll have no problems with communication on the evening.
