Ischia Porto is one of three ports on the island where you can catch a hydrofoil, the others being Casamicciola and Forio. From the main hydrofoil terminal you can cross to Naples as well as other locations on the Italian mainland, notably Sorrento. 

The ticket office is located in the middle of the port and has several jetties in front of it from where you can wait to take your hydrofoil.
