Situated in the main shopping area of Forio, La Tinaia specializes in pizzas made in their wood oven but also has a good selection of fish, pasta and meat dishes available.This is a no-frills Pizzeria with a family atmosphere and quick service.
There are two dining areas, one a courtyard in the centre of the restaurant which is usually very busy around meal-times and has a lively feel to it, and the other which is mainly used off season which is indoors and feels very cosy.
Don't be put off by the humble exterior, the food and service are very good with the pizzas particularly recommended.

La Tinaia is located in Forio town centre and easily reachable on foot. From the marina area, take the path that leads up into the town centre until you reach the crossroads with Via Matteo Verde on the left. Take this left and you will shortly see La Tinaia on the right hand side of the road.
