This large one bedroom apartment is located in the Via Baiola area of Forio, around a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The nearest beach, Chiaia is around a twenty minute walk while there are dozens of restaurants also within a short walk. The nearest supermarket is just on the other side of the road and one of the local bus routes passes along the main road outside the house.
The apartment occupies the ground floor of a villa and comprises a large lounge area equipped with sofa beds, satellite HD television and a dining table with chairs. Within the lounge guests have the choice of one or two double sofa beds depending on the amount of people staying. Next to the lounge is an open-plan kitchen full of utensils and modern amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, hob and large fridge-freezer. The main bedroom comes with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space while the bathroom comes with a bath-tub and shower attachment.
Outside, the private garden is a great place to enjoy meals with a barbecue, outdoor dining table and chairs. There are also sun-loungers and parasols as well as a gazebo when extra shade is required.
Throughout the apartment there is free WiFi internet and cars can be parked inside the gated driveway.
