Park Hotel Terme Mediterraneo is a 4 star establishment located in a quiet position and surrounded by a fabulous garden, with various types of cactus, lemon trees, vineyards, tropical plants and palm trees. The hotel has a main building and 4 small annexe buildings, all set around the park. All rooms have a garden view, some are located in the main building ("Standard" and "Superior" room types) and some in the annex buildings in the park.
The wellness centre offers an indoor pool, mud therapies and thermal treatments. Three outdoor pools are located in the garden and each one is filled with Ischia's natural hot thermal water from the hotel’s own spring, with a temperature between 27° and 36° Celsius.
Forio town centre is 10 minutes drive from the hotel (bus stop nearby) while Citara beach is reachable by the hotel's free shuttle bus service (from May to September). There's a free on-site car park and Wi-Fi is available in common areas. The hotel also provides live music and entertainment on certain days of the week.

Park Hotel Terme Mediterraneo is located on the main road that circles the island, the SS270. The particular section of the road where the hotel is situated is called Via Provinciale Panza and occupies the stretch between Forio and the village of Panza. If travelling by car from Ischia Porto, join the main road and follow the signs to Forio. Stay on this main road for half an hour or so, continuing through Forio town centre as the road turns inland. This road eventually leads to the bay of Citara and passes Sorriso Thermae Resort & Spa on the right. The road then twists and turns up hill until the large entrance and car park of the hotel comes into view. If travelling by bus from Ischia Porto, Casamicciola, Lacco Ameno or Forio it's best to take a 1 or a CS.
