Pasticceria Mike is a lovely bar in the village of Panza. The lady that runs the cafe is very friendly and will go out of her way to make sure her customers are well looked after. It consists of a typical bar area inside where you'll find a large selection of home made cakes and pastries while outside there's a quaint seating area where you can sit down and have a drink or a sweet snack. This really is a welcoming place and highly recommended for anybody who happens to be passing through Panza.
To get there, leave the main road that runs from Forio and follow the exit that leads to Panza. As you reach the village you'll see a large car park on the left with a pharmacy on the right. Go straight on here, almost to the top of the street where there's a church on the right (Chiesa Madre di San Leonardo). Pasticceria Mike is easy to spot, just before the church on the left hand side of the road.
