Pensione Casa Gerardo offers bed and breakfast accommodation in an enviable position overlooking the village of Sant'Angelo. With a meticulously cared-for garden on different levels, the outside of the property creates a feeling of peace and tranquillity, heightened by those stunning views which are among the best on the island.
Every room at the B&B comes with its own private terrace or balcony and most also have a sea view. Guests are free to use the furniture on the terraces such as the sun loungers and parasols while just across the road there are discounted rates for the Tropical Thermal Park.
The Pensione offers a free car park 150 metres away or alternatively there's another one which is 50 metres away which you have to pay for. However, a car isn't strictly necessary because from this location you can easily get around the island by bus and there are 3 beaches all within a 15 minute walk, the closest one being Cava Grado which is just down some steps in front of the property.
Sant'Angelo also has a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops and is one of the must-see destinations for anybody visiting Ischia.

You can reach Pensione Casa Gerardo by bus from Forio port which is the closest sea port. From there you can take a 1 or a CS bus with a journey time of under 20 minutes. As the bus makes its way down a gradual slope from the neighbouring village of Panza, it reaches the hamlet of Succhivo before the road straightens out. Keep an eye out on the left hand side for the Hotel Lumihe because you need to get off at the next stop. The entrance to Pensione Casa Gerardo is on the opposite side of the road to the Hotel Residence Sant'Angelo, down some steps and signposted at the top.
