The restaurant is located on one side of the stone bridge that links the island to the medieval castle, Castello Aragonese on the other side which instantly creates this unique back drop. On first appearance it may look like you're heading for a café but that's just the front part of the establishment and if you walk a few paces along the bridge you'll see the other entrance to the restaurant at the rear.
Given its seaside location it's no surprise that the menu includes a wide range of fish dishes and in many cases you'll find that the staff or the chef himself will show you exactly what's available on that day so you can choose what you fancy. You can also find lighter dishes such as salads and sandwiches as well as a large range of desserts and an extensive wine list.
Perhaps best of all, prices are kept very reasonable, almost surprisingly so considering the location and this coupled with the friendly & attentive service makes a compelling argument to choose this restaurant if visiting Ischia Ponte and the castle.

More difficult to miss than to find! Head for the castle in Ischia Ponte and start to walk across the stone bridge to find the second entrance rather than the larger entrance at the front which is just for the café.
