Ristorante Da Giovanni is set right on San Francesco Beach in Forio, with a beautiful view across the sea to the town's harbour on the horizon. There are two small dining areas, one indoors and one outside on the terrace which both have fantastic views.
Despite its simple style and decoration, Da Giovanni offers refined dishes with great attention to decoration and style, mixing traditional ingredients in an innovative way.

The level of quality of the food's taste and presentation are somewhat surprising given its outward appearance as a humble beach restaurant but this is certainly an occasion where appearances can be deceptive. Directions:
Da Giovanni is impossible to miss if you're in the San Francesco Bay area, located just a few steps along the small esplanade. If driving from Forio town centre follow the directions to La Mortella Gardens. From there take the next left down to the beach where you'll find various car parks available. As you enter the beach you'll first see La Rondinella and Da Giovanni is the next restaurant along.
