RISTORANTE INDACO
RISTORANTE INDACO
Chef Pasquale Palamaro is one of the rising stars of the Campania cooking scene and the ever-changing menu at Ristorante Indaco is a reflection of his burgeoning talents. The restaurant was recently awarded a Michelin star and as such the food is of the highest quality.
The word "Indaco" translates in English as "Indigo" and the name is derived from the coloured hue that surrounds the restaurant as you can see from the photos. This is a fine-dining experience with a limited number of tables so as to concentrate on excellent service and high quality food.
The outside area is beautifully lit at night and the perfect place for a romantic evening in Lacco Ameno. The evening lighting of the restaurant with its water-side setting is an ideal way to spend a romantic or special occasion.

We ate at Indaco last night. It was superb in every way service, view, exceptionally creative and delicious food, an approachable wine list and the desire to please. Never before have I had a dish that looked as though Jackson Pollack had prepared it. stunning
The chef deserves note
Living London where we are very spoiled for Master Chefs and Michelin starred venues, I honestly can say this establishment deserves very high commendation. The bouches the breads, the black ink crackers where all exquisite. We had a 6 course tasting menu ,a glass of prosecco on arrival and a very good bottle of Vermento. It was my husbands birthday and as a gift of the chef we were presented with a incredibly unusually dressed black Forrest birthday cake which was sumptuous
For a Michelin starred restaurant of this quality it was reasonably priced for what we received. Is his can be extremely proud of their home grown Star Master Chef. Five Stars all around!
