Pizzeria Paradise is situated in Barano on the road that winds its way down to Maronti beach. You can reach the restaurant either by car or by walking up from the beach below although it might be quite a tiring walk depending on your fitness levels. If driving, join the main SS270 road that circles Ischia and from the town of Barano you'll see signs pointing you to Maronti beach. Follow these signs and the road starts to twist and turn down to the beach with some beautiful views. You'll see a small car park and a viewing area on one of the hairpin bends and it is at this point that you'll reach Pizzeria Paradise.
If you do choose to walk, it's simply a case of climbing up the hill if you've been on the beach or down the hill if you're staying at one of the hotels that overlook Maronti.
