For option 3 we offer you a lesson a little bit off the beaten track with our restaurant located on the slopes of Mount Epomeo in the region of Serrara Fontana. The mountain cuisine is quite different to that which can be found down by the beaches, concentrating more on meat and vegetable dishes rather than fish. Here, our chef will teach you how to make the traditional Ischian recipe of Coniglio Ischitano which is a kind of rabbit casserole/stew. You will be shown how to make the two course meal which also includes the primo piatto (pasta dish) of Bucatini, a dish made from the same sauce as the main course. The lesson starts at around midday and finishes at around 130pm when you go through to the restaurant to eat. The restaurant has stunning views across the vineyards of Serrara Fontana, down to the village of Sant'Angelo and across the sea to the neighbouring islands.
