Tenuta Del Poggio Antico sits near the top of a hill, accessed by a narrow path but still wide enough for cars and mini-vans to pass through. From Ischia Porto, head west on the main SS270 road in the direction of Forio. When you reach the main town of Forio you have a choice to continue straight on along the coast road or to turn left up a hill. Take this left turn and follow the road for around 5 minutes and you will eventually see Ravino Gardens on your left. You need to then take the next left up Via Bocca and follow the road as it climbs for around 5 minutes before you see Tenuta Del Poggio Antico on the left, with the car park opposite a restaurant called "Bellavista".
