This large villa is situated in an elevated position overlooking San Montano Bay in Lacco Ameno and enjoys an array of sea views from its 3 bedrooms, terraces and balconies. It comes with a central living area flanked by a well-equipped kitchen and is kept cool in the summer by an air-conditioning system. A huge terrace at the front of the house provides plenty of space for every guest to enjoy meals or to simply relax with a number of sun-loungers and parasols available. One of the three double bedrooms comes with a double bed while the other two each have twin beds. The single sofa-bed in the lounge means there's sleeping space for a total of 7 people.
Surrounded by some woods the villa is in the ideal location to take leisurely walks. In one direction you will find the famous La Colombaia Museum while closer to home is San Montano Beach which is just a 5 minute walk away. The same applies to one of the island's jewels, Negombo Thermal Gardens with its wide range of swimming pools and saunas. The town centre of Lacco Ameno is less than ten minutes on foot and enjoys a number of sea-side restaurants as well as other beaches such as Il Fungo or Litoranea.
