With its position in a quiet and peaceful area just behind Forio town centre, this beautiful three bedroom villa offers the perfect combination of privacy and convenience. Despite being in the countryside with Mount Epomeo looming in the background, the nearest supermarket is just a 5 minute walk while within 15 minutes you can be at the nearest beach, Chiaia. Forio town centre is full of shops, restaurants and cafes, particularly down by the harbour which also provides several hydrofoil crossings to Naples each day.
The villa is located along a quiet road and has its own private entrance gate which leads into the garden and car park. The house is completely set in its own grounds and has plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the warm Ischia weather and sunshine. There are a total of three double bedrooms, two of which come with double beds and a balcony while the third can have either one or two single beds depending on the particular needs of each guest.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, pots and cooking utensils and the washing machine means this is a fully self-catering home from home. The separate lounge area comes with TV showing satellite channels and a CD player.
