This three bedroom villa is full of charm and has character oozing from every corner. Entering the property for the first time you're hit with the dramatic flourish of colour provided by the beautiful bougainvillea that intertwines its way around the house in different shades of purple and red. With the building set over two floors, the entrance way leads on the covered terrace with its table and soft chairs where you can sit in the shade whilst reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine. This terrace is also one of two dining areas, the second of which can be found in the lounge-diner equipped with dining table and sofa beds. The well-equipped kitchen provides every facility required from where you can choose to cook for every one of the maximum 7 people that the villa can host.
There are two further bedrooms, one a traditional double bedroom with a double bed while the second offers two sofa beds which can be tucked away during the day time to create more space. There are two bathrooms with shower cubicles and the whole villa remains cool during the hot summer months due its ceramic tiles and calming white walls.
One of the most appealing features of the villa is the magnificent sun terrace with its outstanding panoramic sea views which stretch out towards distant islands such as Ventotene. This sun terrace comes with a beautiful bougainvillea-clad pergola which provides shade for the villa's third dining area.
This particular villa forms part of a larger house which has two smaller villas which are also both self-contained with their own entrance ways. The two other villas are big enough for a maximum of 4 people and the outdoor swimming pool as well as the barbecue area with pergola are all available for use on a shared basis. Also within the grounds of the house is an area where covered car parking is possible and the whole complex is entered via a private road with an electric gate.
Guests can wander down to Chiaia which is the nearest beach in around 20 minutes or choose to visit Forio town centre where there are dozens of restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy by the harbour area.
