Trattoria Casa Colonica del Negombo offers something slightly different from what you'll find on the rest of the island. It's located within the same premises as Negombo Thermal Gardens, just behind San Montano Beach in Lacco Ameno.

Entrance to the restaurant is separate from entrance to Negombo so don't be deterred if you didn't want to spend the day in the thermal park as well.
