U' Guarracino is a restaurant located within Castiglione Thermal Park in Casamicciola. The entrance is the same as that as the thermal park but you don't have to pay to get in if you just want to eat there.
With the restaurant sitting right next to the water, the ambience is naturally very relaxing. During lunch-time sittings the restaurant is busy with visitors to the thermal park as well as guests of the hotel whilst at night time it really comes into its own with its romantic setting and mood lighting.
The menu contains a good selection of fresh fish and pasta as well as local specialities.

U' Guarracino forms part of the Castiglione complex of thermal park, hotel (Hotel Oasi) and restaurant. Access to the restaurant is via the Castiglione Thermal Park entrance but you don't have to be a guest of either the hotel or the thermal park to gain entry to the restaurant.
The entrance to Castiglione is situated on the main SS270 road between Ischia Porto and Casamicciola. From Casamicciola town centre drive towards Ischia Porto along the main road. The park entrance is situated on the left hand side of the road on a hill. From Ischia Porto, head towards Casamicciola and you will find the park entrance on the right, about 100 metres from the scenic left hand bend with views of the port.
Once you've found Castiglione thermal park you can use the large, free car park or enter by foot via the turnstile. At this point, simply explain that you are visiting U' Guarracino and that you don't need a ticket for the park. You will then enter and see the funicular railway that leads you into the main thermal park area. From here, head towards the sea and you will shortly see some steps that lead down to the bay and U' Guarracino restaurant at the bottom.
