B&B Villa La Cesa is set in a quiet countryside location among vineyards and olive trees close to the village of Panza. From the centre of Panza you can reach Sorgeto thermal spring on foot or the village of Sant’Angelo in 5 minutes by bus The bus stop is located just outside the B&B and allows easy transport to other destinations across the island.
Villa Cesa is decorated in a typical Ischian country style with areas carved out of the green tufa stone, a special type of volcanic rock which is unique to Ischia and just a few other locations in the world. Rooms at the bed and breakfast have been recently refurbished and all come with private bathroom, ceramic tiled floor, fan and an outdoor patio with chairs and tables. Some rooms also come with a sea view.
Breakfast is served in the garden during summer or in the bar room which used to be an ancient cellar all carved out of the same tufa volcanic rock.

Villa La Cesa is located on the road that leads down to Panza and the closest sea port is Forio. If driving from Forio port turn right towards the Hotel Villa Carolina with the sea to your right. Follow this road as it passes under a tunnel and then turn right on the other side before following the coast road. When you reach the bottom of the coast road turn left up the hill passing the Hotel Terme Royal Palm and then right at the T-junction. Shortly after passing the Sorriso Thermae Resort & Spa the road twists and turns a few times before heading inland and up a hill. Stay on this road, ignoring the first sign for the turn off to Panza before passing the supermarket followed the Hotel Park Calitto on the left. The road then sweeps right and you need to take the next right, signposted for Sant'Angelo. Villa La Cesa is located a short way along this road on the left hand side.
