Bar Cocò sits in one of the most romantic and inspiring spots in Ischia, at the foot of the imposing medieval castle, Castello Aragonese in Ischia Ponte. This is a popular place with locals and tourists alike with the bar area thriving with customers grabbing a quick coffee. There are also two seating areas, both covered, where you can enjoy a dessert, drink or ice cream.
Something that's very popular with visitors to Bar Cocò is the famous "Caffe Leccese" (pronounced "letch air zeh", a delicious cold coffee that's served with ice and almond milk as this is one of very few bars on the island that serve it.
There's also a great restaurant, Ristorante Cocò with its entrance just a few steps further along the stone bridge.
