The apartment is on the first floor and shares a garden with one other apartment on the ground floor. With outdoor terraces at either end, there is always plenty of fresh air running through which negates the need for air-conditioning. The front terrace is accessed via the front door or the well-equipped kitchen where cooks will find all the facilities they require for any level of cooking.
At the rear of the apartment lies the second, larger terrace which can be accessed either from the large lounge area which is equipped with a dining table and flat-screen TV, or from one of the three bedrooms. Of those three bedrooms two are doubles and the other one a single.
