The highlight of this villa is indeed its own private access down to the sea along a stunningly picturesque pathway. It takes around 5 minutes to reach the sea and once down there you'll find your own private area complete with rock pools in which you can bathe or swim around to one of the neighbouring bays.
The house sleeps up to eleven people and is perfectly suited to people who want to spend time in the sunshine and the open-air. It comes with a large terrace equipped with comfortable furniture where guests can choose to either sunbathe or find plenty of shade when required. This outdoor terrace comes with a large professional barbecue which is well-stocked with charcoal and other cooking facilities.
Indoors the villa continues to impress with its elegant furniture and well-equipped kitchen that comes with a dishwasher and other mod-cons. The lounge area is spacious with comfortable seating and an LCD TV which receives satellite channels.
Split over three levels, the villa comprises five bedrooms, two of which come with double beds while the third double comes with twin beds. On the lowest level there's a single bedroom with a shower room, the middle level comes with two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and the upper level completes the set with one double and one smaller room with bunk beds.
The location of the house is an important factor to anybody considering a stay there. Whilst offering peace and tranquility it is advisable for guests to have some kind of transport to hand such as a car or a scooter. The nearest mini-market is around a 15/20 minute walk away, as is the nearest beach which is San Francesco in Forio. Also close by to the villa are the famous La Mortella Gardens and guests can also enjoy the pathway through the woods that leads into the town of Lacco Ameno, the home of San Montano Beach and Negombo Thermal Gardens. There are dozens of restaurants, bars and shops in Lacco Ameno town centre which is around a 25 minute walk from the villa.
