Directions:
Hotel San Francesco is situated on Via Tommaso Cigliano, close to San Francesco Beach in Forio. By car, join the main SS270 road from either Casamicciola or Ischia Porto and head in the direction of Forio. Just before the town of Lacco Ameno the road turns uphill and inland and then continues along a hill above the town. At the end of this section there's a T-junction with Garden & Villas Resort & Albergo Terme San Lorenzo on the opposite side of the road. Turn left at this junction, following the road for another kilometre or so until reaching the sharp left hand bend that goes to Forio. Don't turn left here, instead take the right hand turn past La Mortella Gardens before taking the next left which winds down to the sea front. Continue along this road as it heads away from the sea, past Hotel Terme Tritone before turning left where the Hotel San Francesco's white walls shortly come into view.
