This well-positioned one bedroom villa is suitable for a small family or even a couple with a maximum of 4 sleeping places. The main living area comprises an open-plan kitchen which fully equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine as well as a dining table suitable for 4 people. The lounge area also includes a television and a double sofa-bed which can be folded away during the day to create more space. The main bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe and side-tables, while the bathroom is close by and comes with a bath-tub as well as a shower attachment.
The outside of the house has some interesting features such as the large, covered gallery terrace which has some spectacular sea views across to Capri and provides an ideal place for lunch or dinner with its dining table and chairs. The large garden area below is full of attractive shrubs and colourful flowers as well as a number of tables, chairs and sun-loungers.
Away from the villa itself there are lots of great places to visit such as Aphrodite Thermal Gardens which is just a two minute walk, Le Fumarole Beach which is 5 minutes away or the centre of Sant'Angelo which is a similar distance and comes with a good variety of shops and restaurants. In total there are 4 beaches all within a 15 minute walk and the area in general provides some of the prettiest scenery that can be found on the island.
