The Residence Polito is located just behind the sea front in Lacco Ameno. In total there are 16 apartments with self catering facilities including private bathrooms, air-conditioning and well-equipped kitchens.
There are a number of buildings that make up the complex with different apartment types ranging from studios to two bedrooms. Some of the apartments have private balconies with sea views while others come with private terraces.
With the town centre just a couple of minutes walk away there are dozens of bars & restaurants to choose from as well as a large local supermarket. The town's beaches are located in the centre while you can also walk to San Montano Beach in less than ten minutes, a location also shared by Negombo Thermal Gardens, one of the foremost thermal parks on the island.

The closest sea port to Residence Polito is Casamicciola. From there you can take a bus to Lacco Ameno in less than 5 minutes. Using either a CS or number 1 route the bus passes the town centre and heads inland up a hill before turning right at a roundabout. It then passes the Hotel Don Pepe on the left and at this point you need to get off the bus. On the opposite side of the road to Don Pepe there's a turning that leads down to the beach and to the Grand Hotel Terme di Augusto. Ignore this turning and instead take the next right on to Via Pannella shortly after which you will see the entrance to Residence Polito on your left.
