The Pietratorcia Restaurant in Panza is situated within the grounds of the vineyard of the same name. The restaurant itself is open for lunch or dinner but you can also pay a visit to the vineyard and just try some wines with some lighter snacks of you wish (we can arrange this for you if you prefer).
You'll usually find a couple of set menus, one based on fish and another for meat with a number of pasta dishes also available. Many of the ingredients used to create the dishes are grown in the family's own garden while the wines of course are their particular speciality.
With its setting within the vineyard, the restaurant has a wonderfully laid-back feel to it which you can feel particularly during the warm summer evenings where you'll often find musicians playing. During the hot summer afternoons diners are kept cool by the leaves from the vines that form the roof at the centre of the restaurant's attractive dining area.
Pietratorcia also have another restaurant, in Forio town centre down by the harbour.

Directions:
Pietratorcia's Panza restaurant is located just off the main road between Forio and Panza. It can be reached by car with a free on-site car park (space is sometimes limited but further places are available on the main road just outside), or by bus with routes such as the 1, CS and CD linking it to other locations on the island. If travelling from Forio, as the bus passes the Sorriso Thermae Resort & Spa around the Citara Bay area, the road then turns inland and takes a couple of sharp turns before straightening out and climbing a hill where you will pass the Park Hotel Terme Mediterraneo on the left. Shortly after this, the road bears left and the entrance to Pietratorcia is on the right hand side of the road with a small sign outside.
