The bathroom comes with a bath-tub as well as a shower attachment and is also equipped with a WC and bidet.
The main living space is the large kitchen diner with dining table, two large sofas and a television. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery as well as modern conveniences such as a fridge-freezer and an oven. Surrounding the house is a large terrace which can be used for outdoor dining and comes with a set of deck-chairs and a table.
One of the main draws of the villa is its location, it sits along the path from the fishing village of Sant'Angelo towards Maronti Beach, thus offering guests a myriad of places to visit. Four beaches are located within a 20 minute walk while the nearest two, Le Fumarole and Chiaia di Rose are just 5 minutes away. Sant'Angelo village offers a good selection of restaurants and there are more still down at Le Fumarole Beach. With two thermal parks, Aphrodite Thermal Gardens and Tropical Thermal Park both also within a short walk it's easy to understand the attraction of this location.
