This property that sits on an elevated position overlooking Maronti Beach and Capri in the distance, is of a breathtaking quality and leaves a permanent smile on the face as you explore its elegant rooms and the stunning vistas that can be afforded from its many balconies.
Located along the scenic pathway between the village of Sant'Angelo and Le Fumarole Beach, the villa has one of the most envious positions on the island. Upon entry you are met with an incredible garden that always seems to be in full bloom even when other gardens aren't, its rich array of flowers and exotic plants mingling perfectly with the dense green foliage that grows naturally on the small cliff upon which the main building lies.
The first steps into the villa are taken on ceramic tiles of the highest quality through the downstairs library before you climb the elegant staircase towards the main living space of the villa. At this point your are spoilt for choice because in each direction there's a stylishly furnished bedroom with a balcony offering a range of magnificent views. The bedroom to the left is large and comes with a sliding patio door that leads out on to the main balcony with its distinctive bright blue tiles and white, wrought-iron furniture. To the left of this bedroom another small passageway leads out on to a corner balcony equipped with soft chairs, a table and an outdoor shower from which you can enjoy gazing across to the island of Capri in the distance.
This particular section of the house can be used as a private living space and is completed by the second master bedroom which also leads out to the main balcony that stretches across the front of the building. The middle section of the balcony is equipped with a dining table and is the perfect place to enjoy the delicious breakfasts which the staff make as part of the villa's package.
Further along and on the other side of the villa there is a third bedroom that comes with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom can be rented as a living area in its own right, separate from the larger section of the villa where the other bedrooms are. Again there is a balcony with stunning panoramic views and the double bed is flanked by a comfortable sofa.
To complete what is already a mouthwatering prospect, the villa's staff offer a range of wellness treatments and massages that take place in a smaller building a bit further along from the garden.
