From the ferry or hydrofoil ports in Ischia Porto it takes around ten minutes by taxi to reach the village of Campagnano. There are also a couple of buses that run to Campagnano, the C13 and the C12, each taking around 13 minutes from the port. If driving, take the main SS270 road and head east until you reach the Pilastri Aqueduct junction and then take the left turn along that road. The name of this road is Via Aquedotto and after a short while you will see a white church on your left, Chiesa di Sant'Antonio Abate. At this point, take the right which is signposted for Campagnano and follow the road all the way up the hill towards the village centre. At this point you will find another church, Chiesa di Santa Maria Annunziata and a narrow road to the right of it. Take this narrow road, continue for a few more minutes and you will eventually see the entrance to the hotel on the right.
