With enough space for up to 8 people, this three bedroom apartment is right in the heart of Ischia Porto, the bustling capital of Ischia. Guests can walk to the apartment as they step off the ferry or hydrofoil and will arrive in about 5 minutes. The town's large selection of bars and restaurants are all just waiting to be chosen and best of all, San Pietro Beach is just a hundred yards away from the front door.
The apartment is accessed by a staircase that leads up to the second floor and as soon as the front door is opened the size of the rooftop terrace is enough to make you gasp when you first see it. There are in fact two large terraces, one just outside the main patio door to the apartment and the other one above the apartment which is accessed by a separate outdoor staircase. Both sun terraces enjoy panoramic views with the town centre, the mountains behind and also the sea all on show. These terraces are really the hub of the action and also include a large, fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, a separate barbecue and a hot outdoor shower which can be used after visiting the beach. There's also a water fountain and a good selection of garden furniture such as sun loungers, parasols and dining tables.
Inside the apartment the first room you enter is the lounge diner which comes with a large flat-screen television and a modern, open-plan kitchen. From this room you can access either of the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are smartly decorated with ceramic tiles and in one of the shower cubicles you can find a seat if standing up gets a bit too much! The two double bedrooms are both very spacious and come with large built-wardrobes while the third room makes sensible use of the space with two cabin beds. The final two sleeping spaces come courtesy of the double, fold-out sofa-bed.
